Famous Turkish brand of mineral water and lemonades AVŞAR in Uzbekistan

Baza Group GMBH, known for importing popular lemonades “Ot Vinta”, “Molonad” and “Tbilissimo”, has begun selling the famous Turkish mineral water and lemonades of the AVŞAR brand throughout Uzbekistan.

History of the AVŞAR Spring

The AVŞAR mineral water spring is located in the Afyon-Ankara region, 3 km from the center of Işçihisar, on the Avşar stream. The first information about the healing properties of the water was published in 1940 in the third edition of the Turk Hıfzısıhha and Tecrübi Biology magazine. The article, written by Professor S. Calvi, mentioned studies on the composition of the water and its healing properties.

In the following years, numerous analyses confirmed the high content of minerals and trace elements in AVŞAR water. It was also recommended for geothermal baths for therapeutic and preventive purposes.

Interestingly, two-story caves near the Avshar stream indicate that the Hittites and Phrygians used this source as a resort for health restoration.
