The reverse business mission from the Republic of Uzbekistan, organized by the Export Support Center from December 16 to 20, has come to an end. A total of representatives from four companies from Uzbekistan arrived in the city of Maykop: major distributors of food and construction products, as well as agricultural producers.
On December 17, an in-person meeting was held between the foreign delegation and entrepreneurs from the Republic of Adygea. Negotiations in the B2B format were organized at the Export Support Center, during which both parties were able to assess the prospects for foreign trade cooperation. Small and medium-sized businesses from the Republic of Adygea, involved in machine engineering, the agro-industrial complex, woodworking, and construction, were invited to participate in the negotiations.
On December 18 and 19, visits to local companies' production facilities were organized for the guests of the Republic. Overall, the guests from Uzbekistan visited more than 10 enterprises, including producers of non-alcoholic beverages, sunflower oil, spices, as well as suppliers of flooring and perennial plants.
As noted by a representative of a company from Uzbekistan, the products from Adygea are of high quality, and the favorable conditions for foreign trade cooperation with the Russian Federation make them more attractive for import.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the products of our entrepreneurs sparked keen interest among Uzbek counterparts. We are confident that some participants in the business mission will ring in the New Year with export contracts!
