The reverse business mission from the Republic of Uzbekistan, organized by the Export Support Center from December 16 to 20, has successfully concluded. Representatives from four Uzbek companies arrived in the city of Maykop — including major distributors of food and construction products, as well as agricultural producers.
On December 17, an in-person meeting took place between the foreign delegation and entrepreneurs from the Republic of Adygea. B2B negotiations were held at the Export Support Center, providing both sides the opportunity to explore prospects for international trade cooperation. Small and medium-sized enterprises from Adygea, operating in sectors such as mechanical engineering, agro-industry, woodworking, and construction, were invited to participate.
On December 18 and 19, the guests visited production facilities of local companies. In total, the delegation from Uzbekistan toured more than 10 enterprises — including producers of non-alcoholic beverages, sunflower oil, and spices, as well as suppliers of flooring materials and perennial plants.
As one representative from the Uzbek delegation noted, Adygea’s products stand out for their high quality, and the favorable conditions for foreign trade cooperation with the Russian Federation make them even more attractive for import.
It’s no surprise that our entrepreneurs' products sparked genuine interest among Uzbek partners. We’re confident that some participants of the business mission will welcome the New Year with newly signed export contracts!
